Your Test Results

Chronic Disease Conditions:

If you have had a blood test taken to monitor your condition you will automatically need to arrange a review appointment with one of the practice nurses for two weeks after the blood sample was taken.  The nurse will discuss your results, check other linked clinical areas and update any medication you may be on accordingly.

Requested by the Doctor:

If your doctor has requested you have a blood test, please, call Monday to Friday after 11.00am two weeks after your blood test to enquire about the results.

Note that the practice has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection and we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.

X-Ray results:

We will receive results of a X-Ray within two weeks.  Please contact reception after 11:00 am as you may need to arrange to see your GP for the results.
