Opening Times

The surgery telephone lines are open from 8am until 6:30pm Monday to Friday. 
The practice opens from 07:00 am on Tuesdays and opens one Saturday per month.

When We Are Closed

In the case of urgent need when the practice is closed you can call NHS 111 for non-emergency symptoms. Your needs will be assessed and advice offered or arrangements made for you to see a doctor or another Clinician at the Primary Care 24, right next to the Emergency Department at King's Mill Hospital, which provides a 24 hour walk in service.

In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.

Please do not ask to see a doctor at out of hours unless you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.

Closure for Compulsory Staff Training

The surgery will close approximately one Wednesday from 12pm a month for compulsory training that is require for all NHS Staff.  If you need to be seen as an emergency during this time contact the surgery number as normal and your call will be diverted to the 111 service.
